1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the BingoPlus platform, including the website, mobile app, games, payment services, and all related features provided by BingoPlus.

By accessing or using the BingoPlus platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement carefully and agree to be fully bound by it. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the bingoplus platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old or the minimum age required by applicable local law, whichever is higher.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from participating in online wagering activities.
• Registering under your own name only — accounts may not be created on behalf of another person.
• Only holding one account only at bingoplus. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration.
• Not a BingoPlus employee or an immediate family member of such an employee.

BingoPlus reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Registration & Account Management

All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. BingoPlus is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by a member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. BingoPlus will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Each member is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.
• The full name on the account must match the name on a valid identity document for withdrawal purposes.
• The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals must be in the same member's name.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• BingoPlus reserves the right to suspend an account for security review purposes without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BingoPlus supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, DuitNow, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed through a secure 256-bit SSL encryption system.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• All deposits must come from an account in the same member's name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• BingoPlus does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–24 hours on business days.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must match the registered member's name.
• BingoPlus reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BingoPlus offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, and exclusive VIP programme offers. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements.

• Each promotion has its own wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

6 Game Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and cannot be manipulated by any party, including BingoPlus.
• Any technical interruption during gameplay that prevents a round from completing will be handled in accordance with the established technical interruption policy — bets are typically refunded.

BingoPlus reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
